I know this may be breaking the rules a little but people have asked me where to meet other Agnostics, Atheists, Free Thinkers, skeptics, etc

I met my local community through Meetup; I'd wager most towns/cities have a community of people that think alike and are just waiting to meet ?

Yes, our local MeetUp group are pretty fun.
