2 Kings 6:28-29 New International Version (NIV)
28 Then he asked her, “What’s the matter?”

She answered, “This woman said to me, ‘Give up your son so we may eat him today, and tomorrow we’ll eat my son.’ 29 So we cooked my son and ate him. The next day I said to her, ‘Give up your son so we may eat him,’ but she had hidden him.”

They are dishonest even when they are eating their children. The christians will rationalize it by saying they were talking about atheists.

It is amazing what hungry people will do. When I landed in Viet Nam, one of the guys in my company had an apple that he brought off the ship. He took a bite...didn't like the apple and threw it....6 people ran after that apple.

The other rational is that:
(1) This is in the Old Testament
(2) The women in question were not believers anyway

It's not so much about atheism in that time as it is just about someone who is not a part of your group and tribe.

Isn't it funny how the buybull is a 2000 year old system of rationalization.
