Ten million houses vacant in the United States? (most of us have seen that post floating around FB). So, what would happen if banks decided Sure, let some homeless person or vet live there and assume the taxes? How many would starve to death or set the place on fire? The list is endless. (how many are grow houses for pot? lol). What are some ways to put these houses to use that won't backfire?
