The older I get the more reflection I do but I don't ponder what ifs, if I've made a fuck up, and there's been a few, I have hopefully learned from them and avoid doing the same in the future but that's just common sense and learning from experience 🙂

Einstein said that to continue doing the same experiment while expecting different results is insanity. I think it’s just a bad scientist.

Life is an ongoing personal experiment. If you’re not reflecting on past experience you’ll have no idea which variables to change or replace.

For example: By reviewing the experiment stage I so endearingly refer to as my second marriage, I can conclude that being married to a god fearing, sociopathic, pathological liar is not in my best interest.
