@btroje I remember when my son had one for a pet. He fed it grass hoppers.

Ooooh looks like she was preggers!!!!! ❤

I think that beam just made her butt look big

@btroje I like bug butts and I cannot lie...

@btroje lolol.

@btroje You NEVER know!!!! I thought the same once and wound up scrambling for gnats in the middle of winter(blizzards, bad roads) to prevent a mantis holocaust !!! (only 3 survived! ) The girl in question did NOT look pg to me at the time,laid an oootheca I thought was bunk, mistakenly(!), particularly if you found her in late summer, the chances are high she was LOL 🙂

@Qualia I think she looked preggers too. I just had to say that

@btroje that reminded me of a TV commercial I'd seen. Mary Todd Lincoln is standing there in the mirror looking at herself in this dress and she asked Abe if it made her look fat, he stands there hem-hawing.

@Blindbird LOL

@Blindbird they are fly.

@hankster exceptionally good pun, my friend.

@Blindbird I was just winging it.

@Blindbird I thought your comment was excruciating painful in the best way possible.

@hankster lol

We'd part company fairly quickly. I'd let it out, I don't like bugs in the house. And then there are the cats...

I'd let it out so the cats don't get it. We've made pets out of them before. They make really awesome pets, altho a bit time consuming, so fun, like an alien & a robot had a baby. All sorts of varieties in the world. There are even FB forums devoted to their care...and people buy them too... I'd love a "violin" mantis... but they aren't without some effort to keep.
