(Usual gender disclaimers assumed) I'm interested in the appeal of female surrender( Shades of Grey recently, but Svengali, Dracula and Rudolph Valentino historically) One reason I think my daughter is an atheist is we always told her to never listen to anyone who says god prefers boys to girls. I'm on fetlife sometimes and find the D/s discussions nearly as tiresomely dogmatic as the Man/ helpmate Christians. Does it feel right to you to have the man take the lead romantically? How do you fit that into your daily life?
