having vigorously dug into the subject of organic farming i am aware of this family & actually love me any of the brassica varities. phew! relieved i'm not a vegetal racist!

You have my respect for loving cauliflower, I was beginning to feel sorry for it.
@Rugglesby, i reckon it's all a matter of seasoning. mild indian spices for cauliflower.
Hmmm... don't be racist brother... whew! I looked up that word and it sounded terrible.
