Schools are an easier target. Students are much easier to come by than Governors. They know the risks, students too, but they have nothing to do against it. Who is the shooting duck?

They don't mind at all. As long as that NRA money keeps rolling in, they don't care whose kids die. It's all just collateral damage to them.
They can just offer up their "thoughts and prayers", and everything will be just fine.
