They are practicing old age,

Some can. Some can't. Some people who are totally blind manage it pretty well.

No one can,they all walk in a circular pattern.They are convinced there walking straight.

@Coldo Some people who are totally blind, sense objects, walls and doorways, even in strange places, via sound and air currents If outside thaycan also use heat from the sun to help determine direction.

I am partially blind and have met a lot of totally blind people.
