Sprinkle liberally with salt & pepper. Roast at 325 for 20 minutes per pound until meat thermometer registers 135 for medium rare. Use fennel fronds to baste with butter several times during the roasting process. Serve with cranberry chutney and any wine you would enjoy with pork.

"You sinners"??? To quote the Bible (why not?) " Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"!
That being said, several years ago I had all my Jewish friends over for Christmas dinner. To me, it doesn't matter if your Jew or Gentile or White or Black or whatever, as long as you treat people with respect. Let each believe their own, but don't try to convert me.
