I think they are gullible when it comes to the bible and religion, yes. Religious people can be very logical and/or skeptic in other aspects of their lives and dealings.

Can’t check any of the three options. There have been, however, some very intelligent religious people—Einstein for example.
IMO the most meaningful dichotomy is not between theists and atheists but between those with the courage to evolve in their understanding and those with fixed, immutable opinions, frozen by fear and ego.

I believe that you are mistaken about Einstein, but I'm not going to Google it for you.
Einstein was more Agnostic. He believed that if there was a God, that it wasn't the one from the bible, but described God as nature and the universe pretty much.

@TheLiberalGent Einstein described himself many times as being religious. Just look at his quotes in Wikiquote.

Because he did not believe in the personal God prescribed by organized religion does not mean he was not religious.

Gullible ? No more than anyone else.
They are willfully ignorant more than nonbelievers though.

They are not inherently more gullible, they are indoctrinated at a young age and taught to believe what cannot be proven. Unfortunately this form of thought does carry over into other aspects of their life.

Not guillible.The majority of Religious people were Indoctrinated In to a religion from birth . This has nothing to do with being guillible it has to do with being brainwashed

They can't be categorised very easily. I think people try to psychoanalyse them too but I don't think that works either. And what about people like me who used to fervently believe in god and don't anymore? I think the sincere ones are aspiring people who get caught up in group-think. The ones who are raised in a religion are completely bound up in the mentality of family and congregation members. Nonetheless, even some of them find the spirit to question and leave.
