This is a tactic, practiced way back when in Florida, to force a company to be multilingual (my take, companies SHOULD be multilingual). Back then, they'd coordinate an "attack" of a store by busing in folks who spoke Spanish, going to a store, and posing as customers needing assistance in Spanish. Eventually the store would capitulate and hire people who speak Spanish only to have those "customers" disappear.

So, this is a request to support Spanish as a language at your facility. Answer your phone accordingly.

Ie: when you get a call that is obviously from these guys answer with something like "your request for us to support Español is duly noted and we are working to address the situation for those of our patients who do not speak English. Please be patient and stop the assault so that we can address legitimate patients, no matter their language and get them the help they need." Make it clear that by clogging the lines they are putting patients at risk, some of which will be their Spanish speaking audience.

This is exactly why trump wants to build a wall! I do not think building a wall is the answer though. I got into a debate with a man about this who was Mexican and at the end he got infuriated and told me that this land was Mexico's long before it was USA. He makes a good point but I can not change the past and USA paid Mexico for the land! Even if they didn't want to sell it like he claimed! The fact remains that Mexico and many Mexicans in the US are out to destroy USA over revenge because they believe we stole their land! Now our children are suffering because of the decisions made by our government many years ago! I personally think that Mexico has proven to be a worthless country that only cares about itself. Think about it, they have been a country longer than the USA but people are still trying to get here and willing to kill themselves to do it!
