This kept happening to me too - the admin told me the password doesn't work with symbols and I did have a symbol in mine. I haven't had a problem since I took it out.

I go to Agnostic.com and I'm logged in automatically now.

I'm actually surprised at how many people want an app. I tend to prefer websites over apps unless there's a feature seriously lacking in a mobile web app. Still, I do see how push notifications could be useful.
