Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The first time I went to Hawaii, excepting the time we wasted at a timeshare presentation in order to get free tickets to something, it bucketed down rain the entire time. We still enjoyed ourselves ... but both our white rental car and ourselves were entirely coated in red mud.

Ouch...
I spent two hours laying in a ditch at Camp Lejune as I was in the most scary thunder and lighting storm I have ever experienced. Trees were coming down all around me cars were stopped along the road. There was a lot of damage to roofs and building from the wind and lighting.

I can picture that... damn.
I work on cruise ships. I felt bad for the passengers who got rained out in Cozumel the other day. Next cruise isn't looking much better. I'm eorking in an outdoor theater this month. Did a dress rehearsal in the rain last night. Doesn't happen often, they can't perform if there is lightning.

I ride a scooter/motorcycle in Montana, so YES. Also, I have rode to work in the morning, then a snowstorm rolled in and I had to get a ride home.
