A month later, researchers working with the ICARUS particle detector, also housed in Gran Sasso, measured the speed of neutrinos fired from CERN and found that they travel at light speed, as predicted. By that point, most physicists deemed faster-than-light neutrinos really most sincerely dead.Jun 8, 2012

They can't, but there's a widespread misunderstanding that agnosticism is sort of indecisiveness when in truth Huxley invented the term to point out that supernatural beings and realms are non-falsifiable, therefore, no truth claim for OR against them could ever be substantiated.

I agree with that, which makes me an agnostic (truth position) but I also see no valid reason to believe in any gods which makes me an atheist (belief position).

Can I halfway believe in a god or gods? Let me think. Can I halfway believe in Santa Claus?

maybe the same way people buy lottery tickets, or worse, multiple tickets, they can't all win and probably none will.
