Use the oxygen mask rule: if you don’t put your own oxygen mask on first, you will not be able to help anyone else with theirs.

Extend some of that compassion you’re so willing to extend to the world—to yourself.

Yesterday in El Monte California(LA area),there was a chemical attack(probably acid) on a Woman,probably by a "Refugee" who didn't like to see a female without a burka walking the streets alone. Expect more,knifings,and attacks on our society.
