problems using it, or problems with the functionality? I mean, if a button doesn't work as expected, it might be a wrong expectation, certainly, but it also might be a broken process, it might be that the button actually isn't working correctly for you.

sometimes things are hard to use when we don't fully understand them, but with computers, sometimes things just aren't working correctly due to some setting that we're unaware of, or anti-virus software, or suchlike.

@HereticSin Sometimes I can find the button, sometimes I can't. When something doesn't seem to be working, I don't know whether to blame myself, the computer, the website, or the last person to use the computer before me.

I did find out that the "enter chatroom" button is only active when the chatroom is "live", during the hours that the moderator of the group or whoever have scheduled it to be open. it might be that you are looking during "off" hours sometimes. not sure if that's it, but maybe.

@Carin you could check if I'm right about what I'm thinking by clicking the two yellow chat bubbles at the top of the page, finding a room with grayed out chat bubbles next to the name, and going to their page to see if that's what you're experiencing.
