Where were you trying to block her..on this website, or on Facebook?
People I have blocked so far on this website have been instantly blocked. You have to go their profiles and click on the "block" button. But if something is wrong you can contact the admin.

That’s the second person to say someone they blocked was able to contact them again. Not good.
