Are you an early bird or night owl?

Hahaha I guess I have to say I’m a night owl for the most part, but can be an early bird sometime.

What is this "sun" I hear people speak of?

Night owl, I hate getting up early.

Night owl for sure

I am a night owl in the process of becoming an obligate early bird due to educational and career change. It's awful!

Both. Neither. In the middle. Love mornings and wake up raring to go. Have some friends in VA who jokingly say I am not allowed to speak before they drink their coffee. Something about Cinderella & birds singing & dancing - I have know idea what they are talking about ??? Did I mention I don't drink coffee? Love to go hiking before most get out of bed so I can hear/see the forest wake up.
Flip side - if something is going on - I am usually one of the last ones awake.

Early bird. I run just about every morning. When it is still dark out. I enjoy the sunrise.

Absolutely an early bird. I used to always be up at 5:30 or 6. Now it's 4:00 or 4:30. Get up early and go work out at 5:00 AM. I really like it!

I'm usually up at around 5ish, But i am by any means a morning person.
I'm a total zombie untill my coffee, and my meds kick in.

Left to my own devices, I am a vampire.

sorta both but more a night owl...
Never go to bed before midnight and don't mind if I miss some morning so nights like last night was 5:05AM before going to bed and 8:30 to rise

Neither! I mean both!

I'm like you, a bit of both. I get up at 5am for work during the week and am usually in bed by 11pm (on work nights). On weekends, I sleep in some, but am usually still up by 8 or 9 and stay up later on Fri & Sat nights.

Night owl. But some days I sleep at like 9pm...most days Im lucky if it's before 5am

I'm more like one of those random-ass birds that sits quietly for ages and then screams 'WAAAAAAARRKK' for no reason. I don't have a circadian rhythm, I have a circadian drum solo.

Hoot,Hoot!

Both I go to bed at 11pm and arise at 6am

Night owl, even as a small child. I go to bed between 2 and 4 in the morning. I get up between 9 and 10.

Well, I like a bit of both. The night allows too much disguising and becomes an illusion though.

Can we have night birds and early owls for those of us that love sleep? ?

I've been a shift worker most of my working life. I'm just an owl. A very tired ol' owl.
