Bret Kavenaugh has opined that a President cannot be questioned, much less indicted while in office. He has also indicated that he would not recuse himself from a case involving the President who nominated him. The same President who is an unindicted co-conspirator in multiple felonies to which hi personal lawyer has pled guilty. Anybody see a problem here?
