LINK Fact-Checking Trump’s Speech to the United Nations

This president might not be fond of fact checking but you can believe other world leaders and representatives do. Colin Powell said he felt horrible about the whole yellow cake fiasco, but that was what he was directed to say. Nobody's directing Trump to say anything, he's just saying whatever comes to mind.
