Not guilty

If I was imprisoned for a crime I did not commit should I be allowed to use as much effort as required to gain my liberty. If I broke laws (harm no one physically) to get out but are then subsequently found not to be guilty of the original crime what would the consequences be?

Unfortunately, there is no forgiveness for committing a crime regardless of circumstances. If the DA decided amnesty that could be the exception.
