I reckon I'd ban the private practice of law. All legal cases, criminal, civil and family, everyone gets randomly assigned lawyers from a pool of specialists, all paid by the state. Everyone, from the homeless vagrant to the multinational corporation, gets the same level of representation. Justice no longer for sale.

I want to say I would demand world peace, end of a nuclear threat, disease, egos, want and ignorance...but to be honest I'd probably make it law that I had tons of money and didn't have to work and that the best people on earth (bar none) were chubby gingers from NW England
