Just increased it one trillion so far.. But it isn't his fault it must be the democrats who didn't give enough.

Of course it didn't. Like any other organization, the government needs money to function. That money has to come from somewhere, so it's either earned through commerce with other countries and taxation (which is good) or it's borrowed from other countries (which is bad).

The government doesn't need to cut spending. It needs to start using money to make money. Anybody who believes that simply cutting spending and reducing taxes will magically improve the economy and eliminate the national debt might just as well start believing in unicorns, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. It would be a more productive and financially lucrative endeavor.

Why have you been keeping this secret ? None of the economists have avocated this obvious objective however if the taxes do not give you the money to invest in commerce things tend to to go a rye. We have a taxation program that is not equal in respect to the amount of tax paid per income received. This contributes to the debt. Other nations provide more to their public and their public has more to spend than the USA

@Marine

Tell that to the GOP. All we ever hear from them is that everybody except the top income earners need to "tighten their belts" yet again. Meanwhile, in those countries which the GOP so richly despises, the misery index is considerably lower and business and commerce move in a much more lucrative and expansive direction.

Nobody can fuck up a good bull market like the Republicans can.

@webbew1 They have a history of putting us in a recession which the dems pull us out of and then get criticised for spending the money the republicans should have spent.
