Depleted Uranium . . . Look it up. This causes extreme damage to the environment . . . And those who live in it. The radioactive half-life is so long, it will practically never dissipate. This is what your government is doing. By all standards, this is a war crime.

The Navy was using depleted uranium in CIWS systems for many years. In the late 1990's they switched to armor-piercing titanium.

That is a part of how they dispose of nuclear waste. the density of uranium i shigh, which means it can pierce armored vehicles and depending on the shell/weapon. concrete strictures as well. Just one more way that using nuclear energy for power plants costs the world oer the long term.

Not surprised I’ve seen them in artillery rounds going back to the 80’s but hell we’re still acting like we weren’t caught supporting al queda and ISIS who were acting like Syrian rebels.
