The behavior was very poor and not required even if she had a warrant for her arrest.

If police are trying to arrest someone (assume for the moment that the arrest is indeed warranted) who refuses to let go of a child, how do you propose that it should be handled?

@cmadler They should have escorted her to the police station and had child services there to handle the matter.

@Marine And when she doesn't agree to go nicely?
