The thing is, a loan has to be repaid. How will the loans get repaid if people aren't earning money. Besides how would they get a loan without income?

oh give her a break...those shoes are at the lower end of the price range at about $800 a pair...don't most federal workers have that laying around for shoes? Oh wait....that might be what they need for rent or mortgage...never mind...
