I know of no case law in which a dead person can bring a law suit. That is why shit publications like the Enquirer can say what ever the fuck they want about the dead. So, how can an aborted mass of cells? Animals can not bring suit either.

@Closeted taught journalism years ago when papers existed. Needed to know some basic law. Did take three law courses: the most fun was Naval law with an entire chapter on canabalism and when you can start to do so legally.
Also the Tooth Fairy can sue for wrongful eviction.
