We might posibly be guided by an evolving moral philosophy. "Do not unto another that you would not have him do unto you. Thou needest this law alone. It is the foundation of all the rest" (Confucius, 500 BCE)

Stem cell research would have been 10 years ahead of where it is now and, as a result, some of my family members might still be alive.

The Middle East's early advancements in math and science would have progressed uninterrupted by a repressive theocracy and Europe's Galileo, Copernicus and others would have perhaps contributed more to those same advancements. ( ok, I'll stop now . . This is my 3rd post to this question but the question started a fire in me . . .:>😉

Despite the fact that the Earth wouldn't be dying, we'd be living on other planets in other solar systems and have our own space ships by now. That thousand years or so known as the Dark Ages cost us alot.

there wouldn't be anyway to control people~

I would have saved ten years of my life I spent on a wild goose chase

World peace might actually be achievable!

We'd have one less reason to kill each other.

The poor would have money in their pockets to buy something to eat. There would be no shame. More people would spend more time living instead of fearing death.

Humankind would probably have reached the stars by now.

1

humanity would never have made any advances, as before science, the men in silly hats helped focus our collective energies for the greater good. Now science has taken over hopefully it will operate for the greater good rather than stone cold logic [in which it could see the lack of use for homo sapiens on earth]

Ahhh chick-fil-a nuggets would be available on Sundays for my whining spawn ????

3

The world, as a whole, would be 1500 years more advanced in science.

4

i wouldnt be a "bad person"

1

There would be a lot more money to feed people as we'd not waste money on brick and mortar buildings.

3

The world would be a far better place...

7

Humanity would be at least a thousand years more advanced.

2

there would be fewer wars

...our world would look the same as it does now. It wouldn't be some grand utopia, nor would it be some chaotic dystopia. It'd just be full of people stumbling through life trying to get by, same as it is now.

2

We would be 2000 years ahead of ourselves in scientific inquiry and creating an equitable social environment in which all might thrive.

2

There would still be problems in the world, but I have zero doubt there would be fewer more divisive ones.
