"Towels in the dryer need to be folded and put away," I groaned this morning. After reading this article, I did it.

"The million dollar question is: what did you learn?"

I learned it takes three minutes. The emotional reward is far bigger than the task. I feel triumphant, delighted, happy and relaxed.
