LINK Kansas Supreme Court Rules State Constitution Protects Right To Abortion : NPR

I chuckle a little bit botu this... simply because Kansas is the home of many far right wing nut job Christian sects.

Even if ht eSupreme court over turns Roe vs Wade, Abortion will still now be legal in Kansas.

I heard that and it's a step forward for women. Trump has been spouting his lies that the baby is born and the mother and the doctor decided together whether to kill the baby or not. It's surprising how many people believe that crap!

How many abortion providers are available? Probably very few! Ever see the generic viagra commercials on TV? A man can get a pill prescribed and sent to him immediately. Why can’t we do this with morning after pills?

Yep, which is why getting the morning after delivered to your door would be a good thing.

In Kansas there is exactly one provider and they are in Wichita. You can get the morning after pill delivered to your door - you can buy it on Amazon. But that doesn't help the women who don't know the condom broke or that have a non viable fetus.

You cannot do that with morning after pills because some religious pharmacist is in the wrong job profession.

Wouldn't it be cheaper and would avoid lots of unnecessary suffering if they would promote condoms instead?

I will not use condoms because they reduce the sensation to the point where there is no point to engage in sex. Condoms may be satisfactory for the female but not for the male. I have on the other hand, gotten a vasectomy some years ago.

@dahermit Here is a tip for using condoms....

What you do is you put a few drop of a water based lubricant in the tip of the condom. Within a minute or so it usually feels like a if you aren't wearing one. There have been several tiem when I sopped to amek sur ethe condom didnt' break because I couldn't feel the condom at all.

@snytiger6 You must have missed the part where I said I got a vasectomy.
