Where was the last place you traveled to?

When and where was the last place you traveled to? Do you have a favorite place, a sort of hideaway?

100 miles is a long trip for me, my favourite place on the planet is a 14 minute drive, I can walk there in a few hours if necessary. I am not the adventurous type, but have found contentment.

Traveled to Boston to visit for the first time last fall. then went to Longwood Gardens, fantasic gardens on a Du Pont estate here in south east PA. Both great fun. If you can, catch the classical music/fountains/fireworks shows at Longwood Gardens.

My last big trip was Europe last summer.

Amsterdam could be my favorite place. A great city built for the pedestrian. Barges, bikes, and people... and practically no cars.

It's definitely one of my favorite places.

The Netherlands has a relationship with Indonesia like the UK does with India.

I never see Indonesian restaurants in the US, after trying in Holland, we need them here. Awesome cuisine.

I travel to omaha monthly. My favorite escape though is my uncles house in the deep woods of the Ozark mountains of missouri. Just me and the trees (and the occasional wolf or mountain lion)

When I was younger I used to hike about two miles into the woods and set up in one of my uncles deer stands and just relax in the middle of the Woods

Went to Nevada a few weeks ago to meet fellow member. Didn't see much of State-would love to play tourist sometime.
