Depends what they are in for!! If it's rape or murder and they are bang to rights then you leave immediately, financial crimes depends who is the victim. A bank robber I could love but a mugger I could not!!

Are they in jail justifiably? If they killed someone intentionally, I'd be gone.

I'd say it would depend on the crime. There are some crimes of which I would not tolerate in someone I had committed to. I don't believe in "for better or worse." If a person isn't honest, ethical and.or doesn't values life and living things, I would not want them.
