I explored the dark web to some extent, but never a marketpace, for I do not think I want to buy any of the things being sold there. Yet my own explorations enriched me and I believe I became a better person due to it. In order to properly define evil for what it is one should face it first hand.

U.S. Navy developed the TOR browser, you can download it free. There is a lot of harmless things on the Deep Web. The Dark Web - that is the scary part. That is where you find hired assassins, drugs, stolen ID cards and passports, child pornography and snuff movies ... really sick people who are very smart - serial killers and rapists who do home invasion assaults on strangers - that is where miscreants gather to chat and exchange info and ideas. To get into a chat room or website you often have to have an invitation from a member of whatever sick group you are looking into. Law enforcement agencies are sometimes able to catch people browsing the Dark Web to look for bad things.

To be honest I was also very surprised to learn that the black market isn't an actual like flea market

I'm too scared to even Google "how to get to the dark Web" police may knock on my door

I should say not that I know of. I have often wondered about it and thought it might be interesting but I would be a babe in the woods there so I will just stay here for now.
