The worst part is that it may not help at all because “intent” is extremely difficult to prove in court. These guys are going to walk out with a smile on their faces.

Dialing while stupid and racist - great. Now the stupid and racist will say they are being discriminated against.
This country needs to solve the race issue, damn sad that this even needs to be legislated into a law.

It's always instructive when consequences are added where there were none before.
Too bad it has to come to that. Making a frivolous 911 call is against the law, however, I'm pretty sure this is needed for the stupidity of rasicts
