First off, the concept of this parade is disgraceful. Being straight is not a lifestyle being threatened. The number of individuals that are not straight, is not large enough to threatened heterosexuality in the least.

Being LGBTQ means that you have been a target, and an event to show support for and oppressed group is understandable. But to try and whine about equal rights for being straight is about like having a parade for people with hair. Most do, so no need to bring attention to and solicit support for.

Its is a misplaced concept by insecure individuals and people who resent anybody unlike themselves getting any recognition.
