I used to work as a computer programmer, a "maintenance programmer", and I was held to completely unrealistic standards that were set by a non-technical pedophile.
Ive seen very few jobs (including higher paying jobs) where employers don't treat their employees like robots. Performance metrics, department goals, production quotas, decision support and logic...
