There are people who say shit and others who are actually shit. How you can tell the difference, is that people who are shit, don't feel any shame whatsoever having said the shit they said.

Unless one dies in an accident or kills themselves, they most likely will need health care before they die. There are also over 400 genetic diseases. If people are poor they can't really afford to eat a "healthy" diet. These cuntservatives are just plain fucking evil.

I have no doubt that they believe it. I've also heard that if you have no healthcare you should not get sick.
