Ah ha! So this is how you rack up a terrorism charge in America:
1.) You have black or brown skin;
2.) You do your terrorism in a vehicle, not with a gun;
3.) You injure no one directly.
This certainly makes sense. And thoroughly explains all those young white racists with AKs killing and injuring dozens or more, NOT committing acts of terror.
