I think the point is to make Trump look like any (very) flawed person.
As a nudist, one of the things I enjoy is that without clothes there are no cues to a person's status and everyone treats everyone else pretty equally. Take Trump's clothes away and he is no different from anyone else... Anyway, I think that is the point trying to be made here.
