Would you try to overcome a categorical refusal?

If you were considering potential love interests, and found someone that caught your eye, (would you try / have you tried) to overcome their categorical refusal to date any agnostics/atheists?
Please elaborate...

I've dated all christians so far. The last one was a pastor's daughter. She now finally sees that religion doesn't make you good and in many ways can make one gloss over their bad. I think it would be best to move on and find someone compatible. Even if you convince some girl to date you even though you don't believe they will still think that your marriage will be a sham because god himself didn't bless your union through his clergy dudes.

I would not want a relationship with a superstitious person.
