I don't think it hs so much to do with the parents being gay, but rather the parents accept the kids for who they are. Gay parents are more likely to accept kids for who they are over religious parents who try to shape kids into what religion tells them they should be.
I am gay. But I don't think it makes me any better than anyone else. It does make me more accepting of people for who they are though.
