I believe they are using Zoom or the like. I heard Georgia's Representative Hank Johnson (in a Zoom meeting with CCL, of which I am a member) say that it reminds him of a trial, because there are strict rules about when one can express anything at all.
@AnonySchmoose that is up to the moderator of the session. Is he a Leghorn kinda guy?

I don't know that much about him to say ... I only listened to him yesterday for the first time. I only know that he was a trial attorney.
