Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Yoga was banned from Alabama schools in 1993 due to its religious associations, but a movement is now afoot to bring it back—just as a set of stretching exercises. It won’t be real Yoga with meditation. I’d like to see meditation classes required. The payoff could be enormous.

@Fred_Snerd The thing is that meditation is not religious in the first place. Having a quiet and centered mind would be of enormous benefit for many undertakings in addition to the contemplation of metaphysical questions.
