It's like if every building has to have a physical lock that bypassed all other locks and these were all keyed to the same shape. I'm sure no one would ever use that for nefarious purposes. Never. Nope. Everybody's a perfect angel, which is why we need to have government watch them closely and have access to all their stuff.
