I only looked into it briefly because I trusted the source that shared it which was the Florida Humanist Association. I sent some money and shared it here due to the non religion angle.
Perhaps their page has something
Is this money for a plane ticket to relatives in Florida relocating from mom of Indiana??

The mom is a train wreck. The older sister needs to drive from Florida to Indiana to pick him and his stuff up. She already has custody of her other 2 siblings
