Are there any good dating sites out there for adults

I have really been let down by the lousy choices in available non-believing women out there. The most frustrating part is that the apps Bumble, Mingle, Tinder, Plenty of Fish, Hinge and so on, don't seem to really get it when I select agnostic/atheist as filter criteria. I am still being presented with dozens of Christian women. Why isn't there a 'hard' filter for stuff that is a deal breaker. They even have 'deal-breaker' as an option but it doesn't seem to matter.
Dam it, I just want to meet a good, fit, sexy woman that doesn't believe in a god and share my time with her. Why is it go to be so hard.

I'm no expert with the dating sites, but even though you might check all the right boxes, you are likely presented with all the options, so maybe just put in your first line on the profile text that you are only seeking non-religious women, and that it's a deal breaker. You still might get non-matches, but you can just hit "next" can't you?

I'm guessing that many people on dating sites click "Christian" simply because it's the religion of their youth, and don't really care about it any more. But the same number of people will click "spiritual but not religious" when they are actually full on Christian, but just don't currently attend church.

You might give some of the options a chance. Do I ever follow that advice? No, haha! The few times I've gone on Bumble etc., I click "pass" on anyone stating Christian as their religion. I have come to the conclusion that I could only stand to date a person who has thought it over and has decidedly become non-religious. That is my number one criteria.

I live in Rochester, New York. The vast majority of women on dating sites locally are in Toronto. With the Canadian border rightly closed to Americans, Toronto might as well be the other side of the world.

Buffalo is 60 miles away, Syracuse and Toronto are each 70 miles away. If I reduce my range to avoid those cities I get no matches at all. It's depressing.

Fitness Singles is my favorite.

I like the free ones, the ones you pay for attract in my experience Far More scammers (under the theory of "follow the money"??) So go with Plenty of Fish, ignore their begging you to "upgrade" and use A LOT of common sense & caution on any site!

at least with the free ones, you get your money's worth

Technically, aren’t they all for adults? 😉

I think Match.com might have a religion filter.

Most of them claim to have religion filters but their efficacy is questionable. I did find, last night, that Bumble has better filtering tools on their website than on their phone app. That is the first place I was able to actually get results of Agnostic and Atheist ladies. Now, if they just had a filter for ones who are currently wearing an ankle tracker with a restraining order from their Ex, that would be helpful. This chick scares me.

All good stuff is hard.

Lol. From pre Viagra days the Dubliners gave this advice:

best chance is probably the grocery store on sunday morning, or the bowling alley most anytime. good luck.

If you go to the bowling alley in the morning, I bet they'd have pancakes.

@Amzungu if they had Bowling and pancakes I'd probably never leave. and I don't even like bowling that much but it is kind of fun.
