LINK Biden Getting Intel Briefing Warm of Russian Meddling
The way Trump was so enraged by NYT revealing US attack on Russian power grid. I don't think he knew. They may not be briefing him about Russia in fear that he would leak Intel to Russia. Of course he doesn't read so they may have given him printed brief.
