If your'e a zoo who wants to exhibit pandas...you essentially ''rent'' them from the Chinese government. The fee is ONE MILLION DOLLARS per year, per panda. AND...you have to pay to transport/feed/house a Chinese keeper. That person will be with you until you want to return the panda.
So--National Zoo's rental fee will go up one million dollars when this cub is born.
