They are not a new phenomena. They simply all now have wi-fi.

Poor Margaret Hamilton....I know she made a good living but...just ONCE...wouldn't it have been fun to see her get the romantic lead?

@MissKathleen JUST ONCE! I'd like to see the ''plain'' girl get the best guy!

@MissKathleen Well, SHIT! Sorry to hear you say that! I've always figured that, if they are only attracted to LOOKS...they're not worth our time!

My mind toys with the idea of a Acting company making movies with, ‘normal people’ starring in all roles, almost taking turns at the parts, mixing it all up. Unfortunately I wouldn’t know where to start.

@girlwithsmiles You'd have to find casting agents who agreed with you! On the other hand, if you could get their cooperation ("Do you want this role or don't you?" ) you could probably pull it off just by filming without make-up! OR...find make-up people whose only ''tool'' is a powder puff. Actors would have to convince us they're beautiful/handsome...through actual acting!

Margaret Hamiltons of the world! UNITE! 🙂

@LucyLoohoo i remember waiting, ‘on set’, with a friend who was an extra. They wanted me for a scene, but i was too short and so didn’t end up being in the shot.

@girlwithsmiles It happens. If we were casting directors, we'd do the same thing. It's not a school play...it's a million-dollar risk.

@LucyLoohoo if i was a casting director the world would be a very different place 😂 Was a low budget Aussie film. But yes, i guess they were keeping the usual formats.
